The Adult Mental Health Outpatient Services Program, funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health, serves adult individuals psychiatrically hospitalized and discharged or diagnosed with a mental illness. These supportive services facilitate access to therapeutic and medical interventions for mental illnesses such as Bipolar disorder, Depression, Generalized Anxiety, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder as well disorders involving self-mutilation, anorexia, and bulimia.

Related services include: Client-centered psychiatric evaluations; Individual, family, and group psychotherapy and counseling; Crisis intervention and intensive case-management; Treatment planning; Regular medication monitoring and training; Advocacy; and Agency Central Intake.
