The Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) Program, funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health, offers housing and 24-hour, on-site supervision and support to 8 males diagnosed with a chronic mental illness. The program combines case management, counseling, and psychosocial rehabilitation services. Highly structured services geared toward reducing recidivism rates help facilitate the movement of program participants into independent housing. Program goals promote optimal independence in daily living, community integration and economic self-sufficiency.

Services also include Medication monitoring and maintenance; Social rehabilitation; Psychiatric follow-up, group, individual and peer support; and Community residential placement upon program completion. For additional information, please contact mental.health@pilsenwellnesscenter.org
