Crossroads/MSM Prevention Services, funded by the Chicago Department of Public Health, offer Pre and Post-test counseling to persons at significant risk for contracting the HIV virus. Staff persons assist program participants recognize the negative effects of co-occurring disabilities associated with an HIV/AIDS diagnosis as well as identify related risky behaviors, particularly as they impact health, employment, family relations and finances.
