The Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services, funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health, offers support and job placement assistance to individuals diagnosed with a serious mental illness or emotional disturbance. PSR services utilize a design that incorporates individualized program participant goals to be attained through an organized and integrated curriculum-based program of daily activities which facilitate an increase in functioning and life skills development.
Related services include Psycho-educational activities, treatment planning and comprehensive functional assessment; Symptoms and medication management; as well as Social, information processing, and independent living skills training designed to facilitate residential living.
