Pilsen Wellness Center, Inc. is a community-based not-for-profit agency that provides culturally sensitive services to a multicultural population with limited financial resources. The organizations mission has remained providing quality human services to economically disadvantaged children and families. The agency is comprised of five divisions – Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Youth Services, Early Intervention, and Education which are currently supported through 17 different locations.

Responsibilities and Duties

Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, this individual provides assistance with the PWC Organizational Grants and voucher preparations and reporting, analyze and monitor the expenses and revenues, assist the Finance Team with the programmatic annual budgets and budget revisions and perform other duties as necessary.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Must possess good verbal/written communications skills in both English and Spanish to converse and correspond with participants, staff, family members, and others as needed.
