DUI Services

The Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Program offers 10 hours of remedial education to persons with a DUI conviction who have been mandated by the court to attend substance use counseling.  The Center provides specialized services to DUI offenders who pose a moderate, significant, or high risk for future offenses.  Other services include intensive substance use disorder counseling, advocacy, and basic case management assistance.

Specialized services include orientation involving the Illinois Secretary of State’s multiple requirements for license reinstatement to include translation services, denial letters, related forms preparation, and explanations regarding necessary insurance provisions, etc. The Pilsen Wellness Center offers services to individuals on a self-pay basis and employs a sliding fee scale. DUI Services are offered at Pilsen Wellness Center’s Little Village and Stone Park facilities.
