The Pilsen Wellness Center, Inc. provides outpatient substance use services treatment with medication-assisted recovery as an adjunct in the Little Village and Stone Park facilities.
These Programs Incorporate the following services:
- Individualized assessment and treatment planning
- Psychiatric intervention in crisis
- Medication management and follow-up
- Detoxification services
- Individual and group counseling
- Support service referrals
