The Outpatient Mental Health & Wellness Programs, funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health, serve children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with a mental illness. Treatment services facilitate access to therapeutic and medical interventions for mental illnesses such as Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder; Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Schizophrenia, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, as well as those involving self-mutilation, anorexia, and bulimia.
Related treatment services include: Psychiatric evaluations; Individual, family, and group counseling; Crisis Intervention; Case Management; Client-centered treatment planning; Regular medication monitoring and training; Evaluation of treatment effectiveness; and Advocacy.
