The Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services, funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health, utilizes a design that incorporates individualized program participant goals to be attained through an organized and integrated curriculum-based program of daily activities. These activities facilitate an increase in program participant functioning and life skills development.
The goal of this service is to assist participants who have serious mental illness or emotional disturbance to function at as high a level of independence as possible, given their capabilities.
