Latino Youth High School (LYHS) offers young persons a second chance to obtain a high school diploma. This alternative charter school incorporates a student-centered approach emphasizing individualized instruction coupled with added supports such as parenting groups for young mothers, counseling, and leadership development. Nationally recognized as a model charter school, LYHS provides a safe, respectful, gang-neutral environment to young persons attending its state-of-the-art facilities. The school is a campus of the Youth Connection Charter Schools and provides other academic services funded by the Alternative Schools Network.
